Safe Inc. currently receives the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) Response to Human Trafficking grant to provide intensive case management and referral services to trafficked persons, with a focus on those trafficking victims who would otherwise have no access to needed services.
We serve individuals of all ages who have been victims of sex or labor trafficking. At this time, we serve seven counties throughout the Capital Region and North Country.
In addition to our intensive case management and referral services, the Anti-Trafficking Program focuses our efforts on education and training to help our community understand what human trafficking is, how to identify it, and what to do if you come across a situation involving human trafficking. We provide free training to hospitals, law enforcement, human services agencies, and other organizations interested in learning more about trafficking. To set up a training, please reach out.
